Apply for ICPS 2012
The conference is aimed at all physics students from all over the world. The committee will do its best to select the participants such that the audience is as mixed as possible (as many different countries and possible degrees). We will not ask for any grades.
The participation fee will be €200.–, including accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner for August 4 to 10. For early registrants there is a discount, you will only pay €180.–, if you register before March 1st.
Some students will be eligible for a special IAPS grant, which can cover some expenses. For more information, take a look at the grant requirements and conditions.
Also, in order to attend the conference, you will have to agree to a few terms and conditions:
- Applicants will receive a bicycle for transportation around town. In case the bike is damaged or stolen, the applicant will have to pay for the expenses made.
- Cancelling is possible until May 1. After this date, we will not be able to refund your registration fee.
- In case you fail to obtain a visa for travelling to the Netherlands, we will not be able to refund your registration fee. So, please double-check whether you need one!
